Our policies outline our practices and expectations in various areas.

Our Business Conduct Guidelines outline our expectations for ethical business conduct from all associates.
Our Global Supplier Principles and Guidelines inform our Suppliers of our expectations of adherence to labor standards.
We have a policy to approve Sourcing Countries before any business can be placed there, to minimize risk of human rights abuses.
We are committed to sourcing products free of slavery and human trafficking and will continue to share our work in this area.
Our Uzbek Cotton Policy outlines our expectations that Suppliers will not use Uzbek cotton, or other raw materials obtained using forced or child labor.
Our Animal Welfare program promotes a no-fur policy for all brands and drives ethical sourcing practices for raw material sourcing.
We have a strong position against the practice of “mulesing” performed on sheep in Australia providing merino wool. We give purchasing preference to mills that can provide us with merino wool sourced through ethical methods and will continue to source the majority of our wool from sheep that have not been mulesed by clips or shears.
We have an Equal Opportunity Employment Policy that prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, religion, marital status, national origin, ancestry, citizenship or alien status, veteran status, physical or mental disability or any other classification or characteristic protected by federal, state or local law. The policy applies to all aspects of employment, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, job assignment, promotion, compensation, discipline, separation and access to benefits and training.
