At ANN INC., we foster a culture of responsibility and accountability - and we hold our partners to the same high standards. This commitment comes to life every day through our purpose-led initiatives including our corporate social responsibility and charitable giving programs.

We want our clients and associates to feel proud to wear our products and be confident in the knowledge that they are produced ethically and responsibly.

I am pleased to share that we are making advances on our key sustainability commitments:

38% Carbon reduction
in our offices and stores

Since 2008, we have reduced our carbon footprint by 38% exceeding our 30% reduction goal by 2015. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint even further and will continue driving key programs to minimize environmental impacts of our business.

47,000 Women impacted
through the 100K Women Commitment

Through our ResponsiblyANN 100,000 Women Commitment, we have already impacted over 47,000 women in ANN’s global supply chain with health and/or financial literacy training in strategic partnership with BSRís HERProject. We are on track to meet our long range target and extend this important curriculum to 100,000 women making ANNís products by 2018.

$60 Million donated
to causes that support women and children

Through our charitable giving platform, ANN Cares, we have raised and donated more than $60 million since 2005 to support causes important to women and children, such as the Breast Cancer Research Foundation® and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.

We are proud of the progress we have made and will continue to strive for excellence in our sourcing and sustainability standards.
